This class is designed to take the fear out of baking bread! You’ll make and bake a variety of breads on the day including my picnic loaf. Some simple, some a little more complicated but all easily achievable and you’ll leave confident in handling dough, kneading and of course, the all important shaping. No need to bring anything other than yourself to the class. You’ll take away a work sheet with all the recipes and step by step instructions in detail, to recreate your bakes at home!

Bake the Bake Off with Holly
This is a fast paced class for anyone who wondered what it was like to bake in the Bake Off!
Over the course of a day you’ll complete 4 bakes all within the time period allocated on the show; The Battenberg technical challenge from Week 1, the focaccia technical challenge from Week 3, the brandy snaps technical challenge from Week 4 and last but not least you’ll make my mini Bakewell tarts from the final. One cake, one bread, one biscuit and one pastry bake. Of course you’ll get to take home everything you bake (and the recipes) and in case anyone’s worried, there won’t be any judging or ranking – this is just for fun! (NB: Course includes the use of nuts.)
